Customized Mold

1.Provide your request
Please provide 3D or 2D drawings for customized products, like stp, dwg format files. You can also send sample or sample photos to us. Thus, we can understand your requests clearly.

2.Quotation & Lead time
Our technical team will evaluate the mold fee, unit price and lead time according to your drawing, size of the sample and complexity of technology.

3.Sign contract
The contract will be signed if the quotation and lead time are approved. We will begin work after receiving your confirmed contract and payment.

4.Confirm drawing
Our technical team will make the accurate 3D and 2D drawings and choose the suitable processing way according to your requests. The final drawing will let you confirm by email.

5.Confirm rapid prototyping sample (optional)
Rapid prototyping sample can be made for your assembly and test. The mold processing will be started after getting your confirmation.

6.Mold processing
Mold processing will be started after the confirmation of drawings or rapid prototyping sample.

7.Mold test & modification
We will test the mold and send you the trial sample after mold finished. Some modifications can be made during this period until the sample is consistent with drawing.

8.Mold delivery & mass production
The mold can be delivered and made mass production if the trial sample is approved.
